Looking for those really good places to eat. Home cooked type foods or just restaurants you can’t miss. What do you recommend? I’m not a fan of sushi or indian so none of that. Love bbq, seafood, pasta and pretty much anything else. Just want to try something new.

I would like to find a place that will deliver a hot meal that is good. When I say good I mean not "Red Lobster" or "On the Border". I would like to send a nice meal home to my mom and aunt who don’t know how to drive to restaurants throughout Phoenix. Any type of food I’m open too. Thanks!

I’ll be moving to the Phoenix metro area next year and would like to be within 45 minutes of Sun Lakes/Chandler (where I have family); however, I am most interested in an area that is dog-friendly (e.g. has parks and things to do, dog-friendly restaurants, dog stores, dog groomers, etc).

I have a friend who needs to make a quick 0,000 to move to Phoenix so that he can retire and watch college football on TV while sitting in a swimming pool while his doctor wife brings home actual working money. He is open to just about anything except restaurants.

PHOENIX (AP) – Sheriff’s deputies raided two Sizzler steak house restaurants in Phoenix, arresting nine employees who are suspected of being illegal immigrants and using fraudulent documents to get jobs.
The Saturday raids were part of an investigation into whether the operators of the two Sizzler locations broke a civil law by knowingly hiring illegal immigrants.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office says in a statement that it received a tip from a former Sizzler manager who claimed he had been fired for his refusal to hire employees without the proper documents.

A message left at one of the two restaurants wasn’t immediately returned Saturday afternoon. A manager at the other restaurant declined to provide his name and publicly comment on the raid.

I would like to purchase one that is about 15 pounds, more would be nice. The ones in the store are about five pounds or so, and that’s pretty small for a holiday dinner at our house. Can anyone direct me to a local butcher shop or meat supplier that deals with the general public and not necessarily meat distributors that deal with restaurants. I would greatly appreciate anyone’s help here.

My wife and I are very active and love working out, skiing, biking, and want a great nightlife and great restaurants. That is our thing—eating out when we can.

What do people think between these two choices? We have lived in Vegas for over 8 years, so I know the heat pretty well. But looking for a great town to settle down and really get the real estate careers going.
