Any opinions on Phoenix real estate values. I see experts predicting Phoenix will continue to decline in 2007 and possbily 2008, but because of projected population growth, prices will bottom out soon and then appreciate slowly in late 2008. I have a home I was trying to sell so that I could attend grad school in another state, but because I would be taking about a ,000 loss (includes closing costs and commissions), I was thinking about renting it out for the next 2-4 years. It is a new home situated in the growing SE of Phoenix. Any opinions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
