I was looking at the mugshots at Maricopa County’s website in Phoenix, AZ. Under the criminal damage category, there are many people charged with a "misdemeanor count of criminal damage-defac". Were these people caught tagging property? Thanks to any attorneys, law enforcement people, etc. that deal with this crime often.
What can the punishment potentially be in fines and jail time for this crime?

I am considering relocation to Phoenix AZ from my Minnesota home to see if the sunshine and warmth would be better for me, due to a serious medical condition. If there is anyone around who lives in or around that area -could you tell me some things such as cost of living arrangements, climate, job market outlook, music scene, or could point me to a good information website that I could peruse and make an educated desicion and some tentative plans?
Thanks!

My husband and I are working class making ,000 a year and we live in a working class neighborhood in Phoenix AZ. The house across the street from us is being sold by the bank for a mere ,000 (we have been told that there is nothing wrong with it; also looking at it through the window it appears in good order, the outside of the house is one of the nicer ones in the area it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath) and we are considering buying it to resell when property values increase again and renting it in the meantime but are cautious about all that we do not know about such an endeavor. Any advice.

I just recently broke up with my fiance, who is at least 4 months pregnant. I say at least 4 months because she still has not seen a doctor. Until 3 weeks ago, the child was mine but now she tells me it could be another guys! After several threats to me from her father, the other guy, and her, she has used the legal system to try get me yanked out of our house. We had just signed the papers, two days before she decided to just leave. She has never lived in the house, but by law, because she is on the lease, she can come and go as she pleases! So much more to this including assault, and property damage. I don’t care what this costs me but would love a referral to a VERY GOOD law firm in Phoenix AZ, that deal with civil, family, and criminal law. Thank You!!!!

How much should I expect to pay to have pipes replaced in a 1950′s house. It is 2 br , 1 ba, approx 1000 sq ft? I know it is a guess, without seeing the house. I am in Phoenix, AZ if that helps.

I’m in Phoenix AZ, and I’ve just bought a house and would really like to fill the property with grapes and fruit trees or all kinds. I saw some Thompson seedless grapes at a nursery and they’re in gallon pots. I know it’s not a good idea to plant them now, but would I gain any time (meaning would I be able to have fruit sooner) if I bought them in pots now and kept them that way until I can transplant them in the spring? Or would it be best to just buy bare root ones in the spring. By the way, these plants are pretty cheap now ( less than a piece, and they look decent).
Oh and please keep in mind my location, if you don’t understand Phoenix weather and grape plants, chances are not good that your answer will be helpful.

A few days ago I saw one winged termite on my kitchen floor. Today I saw another winged one in my kitchen sink. I do not have any mud tubes on my foundation, I checked, don’t see any holes, or piles of anything around the house.
I live in Phoenix, AZ. The house is two years old and had soil treatment when it was built in 2007. Is it possible that two bugs snuck in from outside because it’s peak season or do I have problem?

I bought a house outside of Phoenix, AZ almost two years ago, thinking I was getting a good deal. The house was originally 0K and we bought it for 7K. Most similar-sized homes in our neighborhood are selling for about – 85K right now, and we have paid maybe 00 off of our mortgage (30 yr 6% fixed). We had to file bankruptcy a few months ago (lay-offs, etc.) so my credit is already ruined for several years, so I am thinking that maybe I should let my house foreclose now instead of dealing with it later. I just know that we don’t want to live here for a really long time and if we decide to move, won’t we be so upside-down still that we will wind up foreclosing anyway? I highly doubt the value will ever go up to what we paid for it again. What are our options? We can afford our payment since we filed bankruptcy, although it is a large % of our income. And we are current on our mortgage. Do you have to pay the deficiency balance after it forecloses?

See photos here:

Come on people I need lots of feedback and ideas.
would you finish it and fix the waterfal?
Would you take it out?
Plant something else?
change into a water fountain?
bird bath?
any other ideas.

Our home in Phoenix, AZ was foreclosed and auctioned off to an investors group recently. The representatives that have come to speak to us initially said we could "sit tight" here for a little bit while the group contemplated what they were gonna do with the property yet if we were interested in staying in the home, they would accept us as tenants at the current market rental value for our area. They told us a few days later that the owners have decided they’d prefer to have us leave as soon as possible so they can get started with refreshing the property and reselling it instead and would be willing to let us sign a lease and pay for through the rest of this month, or help us contact salvation army or whatever community aid program to perhaps help us make the transition. Otherwise, they’ll have to begin the eviction process. I really just need someone who really knows what the current laws are to explain how these things usually go down and help me understand my rights and responsibilities. I am in dire financial stress presently trying to recover from an assault two yrs ago that has left me very unwell. My husband & I also have three kids aged 3-11 attending school and we’d really like them to finish the year here. Please help me make an informed decision. Should I bother pay us through the month? Or should I save what little money I have to put towards getting set up in the next place? Most importantly, how long can I push it staying before they can make us leave, and how do they make us leave? Thanks in advance for taking the time to consider my problem.
