My parents are trying to find out who owns our apartments in Phoenix, AZ. Not the managers, but the actual property owners. Is there a website I can see this? If you live in Phoenix, it’s on 39th st and Thomas Rd.

My boyfriends home does not have a phone line and recently he built a room on back of his parents house. We both want to install a home line in that room and we would like to know how much is the cost for one, and also how much would it cost in Phoenix, Arizona (if it makes it makes a difference).

I am 18, and am inheriting k from a grandparent, I have no expenses and no high paying job, and would like to put the money to work for me so when I graduate college in 3 years I have something to build on. Buying objects seems pointless, and the banks don’t pay very much interest, does anyone have any ideas or opinions? I was seriously considering buying a rental property in an area like Phoenix, that I could buy flat out and get 0 a month from.
Thank you all for the answers you have given me so far. I have been consulting with my parents and they have said they would be willing to cosign on a loan, so I could potentially spend up to 0k. Right now I am seriously considering a rental property, it seems like the best route to a good return, versus 2-5% interest and no equity. Plus, the housing market is rock bottom right now.
I can buy a fourplex with 30% down, that grosses about k a month, and after paying a property manager, the loan, utilities, I would net about k a month. Not bad. And in 3-4 years I could use the equity and profit to do it again.

Is this why we need an increase in low income housing in our wonderful stimulus bill?
PHOENIX — A loophole in federal law is enabling hundreds of illegal immigrants to live in homes subsidized by U.S. taxpayers, while thousands of others linger on waiting lists to get into those same units.
Those waiting lists are so long that most of them have been frozen for years, meaning people can’t even submit an application for public housing. In Arizona, hundreds of those units are occupied by people who aren’t even U.S. citizens.
The Salazar family has lived in a four-bedroom Phoenix public housing apartment for the past six years — all 10 of them.
Their rent is only 0 a month and subsidized by the U.S. government, even though both parents are illegal immigrants

Currently I live in the Los Angeles,CA area and can’t fing a job here or affordable housing. I’m a 27 year old single white male. In June 2004 I gradauted from California State University Northridge with a BA in Radio/TV/Film and a minor in marketing. I haven’t found a job in the entertainment industry. I no longer want to work in the entertainment industry.
My parents want to throw me out of their house and I can’t afford a place to live in the LA area. A room for rent in the LA area goes for 0 or 0 a month. A crappy studio goes for 00 or more a month.
For several years after college I have thought about packing up my car and driving to Phoenix to find better job oportunities and cheaper housing.
Is the Phoenix area a good place for a young single white male?
Would anyone recomend the phoenix metro area as a place to live?
In the LA area people are very judgemental on who the hire. I have CP,Tourets and talk in a monotone voice. Will I have employment descrimination in Pheonix Metro?
Leaving LA and saying goodbye to my friends and family would be hard but if I could find a better life for myself in Phoenix it would be worth it.
What part of the phoenix area should I look into? I don’t want to live in any low income ghetto areas.

I still have two more years to complete my bachelors in accounting from the University of Phoenix (UOP). I know that UOP is not a big name university and has a stigma of giving "A"s. Now I believe that I wasn’t one of the lucky once because most of my UOP instructors were tough and very demanding. I’m maintaining a 3.5 GPA though I wonder if it will stay this way for long.
I’m attending UOP because out of high school I had to work (my parents kicked me out on my senior year of high school for being gay and I ended up living in a homeless shelter). Yes I did graduate from high school and got a very good job within the mortgage industry as a loan officer assistant. I work between 40-50hrs/week thus night school was out the window and online learning became the only means of getting an education.
I want to attend a law school and given my hard work I believe that I should have the right to attend one given that I am in an accredited institution. Please advise. Thx
1st) I’m studying for the LSATs which I plan two years from now. 2) Because I never took the SAT do you think I should take it and submit it as well to law schools to compansate for going to UOP?—I know i have the capacity to score very high in it. IS THERE ANY TESTS I CAN TAKE IN ADDITION TO THE LSAT TO SHOW LAW SCHOOLS THAT I’M THERE MAN. Thx
