I’m looking to rent a house in Phoenix, not an apartment or condo, and need to find the best way to do so. Are there good websites out there? Does anyone know of real estate agents that can help me?

Hi i was just wondering if there is any apartment of condo complex that will rent out its poolhouse or clubhouse for a night to a non resident. Preferably in or nearby the glendale or phoenix area. And it would be for just one night for a party.

Thank you so much for your help, I would need the rental by next saturday so please please help :)

I’m a single male veteran with no children. I want to purchase a home and was prequalified for 110k using my VA Home Loan. My girlfriend has a very high debt to income ratio and will likely file bankruptcy due to high credit card debt. I can’t buy anything with her in that shape. I don’t have a down payment, I do have the VA benefits. Home prices are more expensive than ever. How do I purchase a home on my own? In Phoenix, AZ the housing market seems out of reach and all that is left are small "apartment condos."

i live in an apartment in Phoenix and i pay 5.00 per month (one bedroom) i think that’s pretty cheap for housing, I’m curious as to what other people shell out every month for there home, every city has different cost of living so list your city as well if you don’t mind.

So far I have a small bed and desk for the dorm I was supposed to stay at, but now I’m renting a house! I need to completey furnish this place–I need dressers, kichen tables and chairs, a full-length mirror, a nightstand, a couch, a TV stand or entertainment center, and wall decor. If it’s possible to spend less than 0 and still get a larger bed, that would be ideal.

I’m moving out for the first time (well other than staying at a friend’s apartment for a month), and I just don’t know where to find the bargains. I can’t afford to ship, and I’d like to see the stuff before I buy it.

Thanks for your help!
