Where are the best RIB’s
The best steak?
Hot Wing’s that make your nose bleed?
The name of the place and a link or address will be very helpful.

I have heard the electricity is alot more expensive than the rest of the country. Is this true? and if so why? I heard a figure of 300 to 400 dollars for a regular 3 bedroom family home. I lived in Phoenix and never paid so much. I am thinking of moving to San Antonio so just curious. Thanks

I was wondering if adding a pool to my home is a good idea.
I live 20 minutes outside of Phoenix, AZ where its already hitting 100 degrees. I have owned my house since August of last year. My house has lost its value by about 30-50% but I don’t plan on selling the house so I will get my money back eventually. Being how I don’t have equity in my house, I will have to get unsecured line of credit, which could be a problem because of interest rates on the loans. Anyway, does adding a pool add to the value of the home? Is it a smart financial investment (long term)? If I spend 25k adding a pool, I will have 175k total financed but my house used to sell for over 215k when the market was around.
My wife and I would really like to have a pool. As for heating a pool, I don’t think we would need to heat it because we live in Phoenix, Az.
Oh yeah, other homes in my area do not have pools. Of course there are some with pools, but most do not. This partially because the neighborhood is new and people don’t have equity these days for financing.

We moved to North Phoenix, nice community, homes are kinda close. My neighbor feeds pigeons and I have 70 on my roof now.
She’s an old lady and I don’t want to bother her if I don’t have to.
SO, what can I do to get rid of these pigeons?
Put up an OWL, buy a bird that will kill them?
SHoot them with a bb gun?
any advice is appreciated

I am interested in a carreer in architecture or design specifically using Revit. I have downloaded the Revit trial version and I have made it through most of the tutuorials. I am eager to learn more. Are there classes and training available in the Phoenix Metro area with job assistance? Any suggestions on where I should start looking for employment?
I have no architectural or CAD training. I have worked as a construction superintendent building homes for the past three years. I have graphic design and web design experience. I have some minor back end web programming experience.

I am going to be a mom, and I am looking into at-home work, but most of what I am finding appears to be Pyramid Schemes and weird Christian Cult groups. Is there anyplace I can search for LEGITIMATE work I can do from home? I live in the Phoenix AZ area.
