Lets see. I am a college grad from a University in Arizona.
Currently work in sales where I manage few routes, but now looking to get my CDL, I can make more money that way at least ,000 a year to star at my company. Went back to college part time in order to try to get in pharamcy School next.

Enjoy hiking in the desert, dining out( Applebee’s has an awsome happy hour) driving to So Cal beaches. After all my beachfront property doesn’t have an ocean or a pool. LOL

Going to Univ. of Phoenix Stadium to see the Cardinals lose. LOL.

Watching the Arizona sunsets, best in the world.

Fishing

And soon hunting

How about you?

If they protest about people breaking laws, shouldn’t they be following them to?

See for yourself.

This video that was shot in Phoenix, AZ at an immigration rally clearly shows the anti-immigration biker gang turning around and heading westbound making loud noises with their motorcycles in front of the pro-immigrant protesters. But to turn around and keep in their group, they were using the parking lot of a local business as their private driveway and to avoid the traffic light.

So, what the videos show is them breaking the law. Everyone who has had to study for a driver’s test knows that it is illegal to cut through private property to avoid an intersection or traffic: A.R.S. 28-651 states: "A person shall not drive on or through any private property, road or driveway to avoid obedience to traffic rules or traffic control devices."
Do you think they are hyprocrites?
A CRIME IS A CRIME! If they want laws to followed, then they should set a good example regardless of the measurement.
J. Reacher, it’s not me reporting you! I can take criticism and personal insults un-like some antis on here.
EXACTLY!!!!
WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL DON’T YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND!

Phoenix

We have them here in Phoenix where I now live, which has some of the worst drivers in the nation.

I personally think they are a wonderful idea and we need more and more these cameras covering our highways. The fines are steep. My roommate was recently going 15 MPH over the posted limit in a construction zone, and got hit with a 5 fine. It’s great to see a car zooming by me at breakneck speed, and seeing that camera flash. Boom – that driver’s gonna get 5 ticket in their mailbox.

While Phoenix has mostly horrible drivers, in fairness most (if not all) people aren’t interested in obeying the speed limit, and don’t care if they cause property damage or hit a pedestrian. These folks need to be whipped into shape with a big fat fine. Putting up signs that say "Speed Limit 55" are interpreted as mere suggestions.

A lot of people bitterly oppose these cameras, saying they’re Orwellian. But, in reality, aren’t the only people who oppose these cameras just people who don’t want to obey the speed limits and keep our highways safe? These cameras are not meant as a form of entrapment, otherwise there wouldn’t be signs that say "Speed Enforcement Zone 300 Yards Ahead" warning drivers that they’re on Candid Camera.

After all, there’s a very easy way to avoid getting a ticket. It’s called "obeying the speed limit". ;-)

The Roman Catholic archbishop of Los Angeles equates Arizona’s immigrant trespassing law to something that would be done in Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia.

Archbishop Roger Mahony said in his blog Monday that Arizona Senate Bill 1070 include techniques and provisions that smack of a police state.

The bill would require Arizona police to arrest illegal immigrants for trespassing; require immigrants to carry work papers and other identification proving they are in the U.S. legally; and make it a crime to transport any undocumented migrant, including day laborers.

The Arizona Legislature has approved the trespassing bill twice and could give it the final OK on Monday

Now what does this same LA archbishop have to say about these tactics The officers detained those inside the house and observed an assault rifle with two taped magazines in plain view. The individuals inside the drop house stated they had been at the residence between four and 15 days, and when they arrived, their property, identification, shoes and belts were taken from them by the "coyotes." They all indicated that the original smuggling fee of ,000 – ,500 was raised to ,800 – ,300 per person. The illegal immigrants were held at the house by use of force and fear and were not to be released until their family members were able to pay the increased smuggling fee.

Agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement recovered several items in the house, including a MAK-90 assault rifle, a 9-mm FEG pistol, two rifle and one pistol magazines, a knife, one set of handcuffs and several cell phones. Some of the weapons were loaded with ammunition. Agents detained a total of 36 individuals in the stash house and determined that 31 of the individuals were illegal immigrants being held against their will. Agents determined that the other five individuals, Victor Sauceda-Parra, Jaime Figueroa-Lopez, Martin Chavarrin-Serrano, and Jesus Manuel Quinones-Camacho, all co-defendants, were responsible for holding the immigrants hostage and were caretakers of the drop house.

Best dog behaviorist in Phoenix?

Hey all,

I have a 6 month old female German Shepherd that I took in at a very young age. It was abandoned and I decided to care for it as my own. She is a very happy dog and she is healthy however she isn’t without her own problems. Although she is not aggressive she does tend to softly grasp your forearm if you pet her. I wouldn’t even call it a bite or latching on because it seems as though she is doing it to communicate, but it isn’t a comfortable feeling either. She also recognizes what is mine and what is hers but when it suits her she will invade your property such as sofa’s and kitchen counters. The last problem she has is jumping and general excitement. I cannot have friends or family over unless I lock her up because she goes berserk (in a happy way) when people come over and just wears them down by constantly jumping. I have tried almost every technique short of an electric collar to correct these behaviors but to no avail. Does anyone know of any good behaviorist? I love my dog too much to get rid of her but I cannot be a prisoner in my own house either. Money isn’t an issue as I would gladly spend any amount for her training.

Thanks!

Would you rather have a man who is upholding the law and respectable speak to your children or a racist from la raza or any other group that advocates for illegal alien criminals?

If la raza were to speak at your school, would you allow your children to attend? I sure would NOT!

PHOENIX – Phoenix Police arrested a man on a disorderly conduct charge during a protest against Sheriff Joe Arpaio Thursday.

The community rally gathered more than 200 protestors at Manzanita Elementary School as Arpaio spoke. The group said they were complaining because Arpaio is a bad influence on children and dividing their neighborhood.

Abraham Hernandez was one of the protesters who attended but was reportedly denied access to the meeting area by school security and was told by police to leave the property.

Police reported that Hernandez was “using obscenities and acting in a menacing manner."

Officers asked Hernandez to cease using profanity because there were families and children present at the school.

Hernandez was arrested after he reportedly did not comply with police requests to stop.
As a teacher and a parent, I find this disturbing. My children would have refused to take part thankfully.

Rental Property Window Glass Demage?

My property manager told me that the window glass was damaged, probably kids in the neighborhood throw the rocks. From the picture she sent to me there is a big hole.
In this case, should I pay the cost to replace the window?

Thanks a lot

Is this Threatening the Sheriff by placing his address on Facebook and encouraging people to do harm to his property or to him is this a crime ? Now Under Arizona Statute: 13-2921. Harassment; classification; definition
Anonymously or otherwise contacts, communicates or causes a communication with another person by verbal, electronic, mechanical, telegraphic, telephonic or written means in a manner that harasses.
Repeatedly commits an act or acts that harass another person.

Surveils or causes another person to surveil a person for no legitimate purpose.

E. For the purposes of this section, “harassment” means conduct that is directed at a specific person and that would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed, annoyed or harassed and the conduct in fact seriously alarms, annoys or harasses the person.
…….PHOENIX – A new Facebook group created to remove Sheriff Joe Arpaio from power has been the cause of controversy after one of the page’s members posted the location of the Sheriff’s home.

The group, which has grown to over 8,000 members in a single week, includes commentary about Arpaio, pictures taken from protests and information about future demonstrations. One of the latest posts, however, included a map to the Sheriff’s home in Fountain Hills and a satellite picture of the property.

TV showed the images to Arpaio, who expressed concern about publicizing such information.

"I think they have some motive," Arpaio said. "I don’t think they’re selling tours to my house."

The group was created by Devin Fleenor, who was inspired by an anti-Arpaio protest last weekend. He said the goal of the group was to unite voters against Arpaio, rather than encourage violence.

"Like him or not, I don’t think (talk of violence against the Sheriff) is going to help our cause," Fleenor said, explaining that it would only be fuel for Arpaio supporters.

Sheriff Arpaio says threats against him are increasing, and he told his security detail about the posting.

Fleenor, however, says he has been deleting references to violence against Arpaio, and he has taken down the map to his house.

What do U think ?????????????????????????

Phoenix, Arizona: Based on 2007 criminal conviction statistics:

Illegal immigrants account for 34% of the drug convictions; 44% of forgery; 96% of smuggling; 85% of false ID; 50% of crimes related to “chop shops”; 36% of kidnappings; 21% of crimes committed with weapons; 13% of aggravated assaults; 13% of robberies; 13% of stolen cars; 10% of sex crimes; 11% of murders and 20% of the felony DUI convictions in the Phoenix area. Illegal immigrants make up 19 percent of those convicted of crimes in Maricopa County and 21 percent of those in county jails.

Illegal immigrants only make up an estimated 9 percent of the county’s population.

It is estimated that each violent crime cost citizens ,000, and each property crime cost citizens 63 per offense.

All the more a concern is research that finds the likelihood of an illegal immigrant being incarcerated grows with longer residence in the United States and that the U.S. born children (considered citizens) of illegal immigrants are dramatically more likely to be involved in crime than their illegal immigrant parents. For instance, native born Hispanic male high school dropouts are eleven times more likely to be incarcerated than their foreign born counterparts.
