I’m looking to rent a house in Phoenix, not an apartment or condo, and need to find the best way to do so. Are there good websites out there? Does anyone know of real estate agents that can help me?
I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and my goal is to work for myself and exit the corporate world. I understand that there is much hard work, energy, competition, and get to know prominent people involved, in which I do know some pretty prominant people around here…but what do I have to do to get into this field and what exactly is it like? Is where I live good for real estate?
I am considering to move to one of these cities. I would really like info from people who have or do live in these cities.
I want info on these categories.
1. Real estate— Housing ( Which city is cheaper to buy a house?)
2. Public Transportation
3. Schools in the area—Colleges and Universities.
3. What to do on Weekends.
4. Weather ( I am moving from New England and i am escaping the harsh winters)
How would one go about buying minimal ranch acreage near the Phoenix, Arizona area for building a house & raising boer goats. I went to a website that was selling properties of hundreds of acres of land but only like 2-6 acres are preferred. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
